Interested in Personal training or other disciplinary classes then schedule for some one on one, mobile, or class trainings.

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Navy Instructor (I am qualified to teach any course with a curriculum), 20 years Collegiate wrestling, 6 years boxing training and coaching. 20 years of group and one on one training experience, 15 years of weapons and non-lethal combat training. Lifelong athlete.

SAFETY- is our main priority. Classes will be taught by two instructors. All members who participate in PUSH Self-defense will abide by our rules or they will be removed from the class permanently. An overall safety term will be used. This term will be “Training Timeout”
